What types of payment do you accept?
- Payments can be made through Paypal, credit card or via direct bank transfer. Do note that all credit card and paypal transactions are processed by Paypal, and we do not store any card information on our servers.
What is your return policy?
- New and unopened items can be returned within 1 week of receipt, and should reach us before the week is up. The charges will be credited to your account once we have received the item. Shipping costs will be carried by you.
- If you have received a faulty item, please accept our humblest apologies. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue with a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
What do I do if an item is missing from my order?
- Please check your order status to see if your order was shipped out in seperate batches.
- If an item is missing, please contact us immediately, and we will try to resolve your issue.
Do you accept wholesale?
- Yes, we do! Please contact us using our contact page, or email us at paperfetishshop@gmail.com.
- Do include some information about your business, and the quantity of wholesale.
Can your notebooks be customised?
- Sadly, we do not offer customising services at the moment.
How secure is my transaction?
- Your privacy is of our utmost concern. All transactions are made entirely through Paypal, and our company does not process any of your payment information. We will never sell or share your information, and we will only save details needed to contact you about your inquiry if necessary.
Are you accepting backorders?
- Unfortunately, we do not accept backorders at the moment.
What are your local (Singaporean) shipping charges?
- We offer:
- Local Postage (table rates apply, and are calculated on checkout)
- Trackable Parcel: $2.24 plus local postage fees
- Charges may vary depending on the size of the package.
Are you accepting international orders?
- Unfortunately, we only process orders made to local addresses in Singapore, at the moment.

- None of this (the branding, the books) actually exists in real life, and all content is copyright-free material (mostly from pxhere.com), that I may or may not have photoshopped.
- If you can't tell, most of the book designs are inside jokes, but if anyone reading this has good joke designs you'd like to share, do actually email me at paperfetishshop@gmail.com. Need some juicy ideas for my next assessment. Thanks boss! 8D
